Everyday Handling

We recommend:
- Removing jewelry before exercise, swimming, or sleeping.
- Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
- Handling pieces gently when dressing.
Impact & Friction
Strong impact or pressure can affect any jewelry.
Avoid dropping pieces, striking gemstones against hard surfaces, or wearing jewelry during high-impact activity.
Surface marks or gemstone damage caused by impact are considered use-related and are not production faults.
Storage
When not worn, jewelry should rest in a protected environment.
We recommend storing each piece in its original Gambaro pouch to reduce friction and preserve surfaces.
Avoid stacking jewelry or allowing pieces to rub against one another.

Each Gambaro piece undergoes quality inspection before delivery to ensure craftsmanship and structural integrity.
We understand that jewelry is worn and lived with — and that repairs may sometimes be necessary. When this happens, our team will evaluate the piece and advise on the best possible solution.
We stand behind manufacturing quality. Repairs related to structural or production faults are addressed accordingly. Damage resulting from impact, improper handling, bending, accidents, or normal wear — including scratches or gemstone breakage — is considered use-related and may be repairable at a charge.
Any repair options and associated costs will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.
