Orders are processed within a reasonable preparation period to ensure quality control and packaging standards.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and carrier conditions. Tracking information is provided when available.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, without prejudice to applicable warranty rights.

International shipments may be subject to duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by destination authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Gambaro does not refund duties, taxes, or similar charges in the event of a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

Returns and exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the piece is received.

To qualify:

• Unused and unworn
• In perfect condition
• No scratches, marks, bending, resizing, deformation, or signs of handling
• All original packaging and materials intact

Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made, resized, engraved, or personalized pieces are not eligible.

If the replacement piece exceeds the original value, the difference must be paid. If it is of lower value, a non-refundable store credit will be issued.

All requests are subject to inspection and approval.
