Colombia
Shipping within Colombia is free, with no additional charges.

International
Shipping is free for orders over USD 1,000.

For smaller orders, the cost is quoted before payment, depending on destination.

Dispatch and delivery
In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces ship once production is complete, on the date we confirm to you before payment.

We ship with DHL or FedEx. Every shipment is insured for its full value, and we send you tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, without prejudice to applicable warranty rights.

Duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination authorities. These charges are not included in the price of the piece and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We share an estimate before you purchase. Gambaro does not refund duties, taxes, or similar charges in the event of a return or exchange..

Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

We accept returns and exchanges within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date the piece is received. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.

To qualify, the piece must be:
- Unused
- In perfect condition
- Free of scratches, marks, bends, size adjustments, deformations, or signs of handling
- Returned with all original packaging and materials intact

Return shipping must be insured and is paid by the buyer, unless the piece has a verified manufacturing defect.

Refunds apply exclusively to the price of the piece paid. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and similar charges are non-refundable.

Made-to-order, customized, or engraved pieces are not eligible, nor are rings produced in a size that is not in stock, since they are made specifically for you.

If the replacement piece exceeds the original value, the difference must be paid. If it is of lower value, a non-refundable store credit will be issued.
